Coming soonHi, I'm Nick 👋
I'm a learning experience designer, customer education leader, and enablement strategist based in upstate New York.
Over the past decade, I've built and led enablement programs that help people adopt products, build skills, and perform more effectively, whether that's through customer education, onboarding, certification, or internal enablement. My approach blends systems thinking, outcomes-aligned instructional design, and visual problem solving to create experiences that are both useful and engaging.
I started my career in tech support, working hands-on with complex software and real customer problems before moving into visual and instructional design. That foundation still shapes how I approach learning design today: simplify complexity, create clear learning moments, and design for actual behavior change, not just information transfer.
I think a lot about how people learn, how competency develops over time, and how learning systems can reinforce the right behaviors in the real world. Increasingly, that also means thinking about AI as a practical tool for scaling content, accelerating workflows, and creating more adaptive learning experiences.
More recently, I've also been exploring agentic development and AI-assisted product building, which has become a fun extension of the same systems thinking that drew me to learning design in the first place.
Outside of work, I'm a dad and husband, and spend most of my time with my family. Whether it's playing outside, making comics, or getting behind a drum set, we're usually busy making memories.
