I design systems and experiences that enable learning at scale

I'm a learning experience designer and enablement strategist based in upstate New York. Over the past decade, I've built and led customer education and enablement programs that drive meaningful business outcomes. My approach blends systems thinking, outcomes-aligned instructional design, and visual aesthetics to create experiences that are both impactful and engaging.

I started my career in tech, working hands-on with complex products before moving into visual and instructional design. That foundation shapes how I approach learning design — focusing on simplifying complexity through clear structure, intuitive sequencing, and thoughtful interaction. I think deeply about how knowledge is acquired, how behaviors form, and how learning is reinforced over time through real-world application.

I'm pragmatic in how I use tools and frameworks, including AI and agentic development, with a focus on what actually helps learning scale and stick. I'm also actively exploring agentic development workflows, which you can check out in the Applied AI section of my site.

Outside of work, I'm a dad and husband, and spend most of my time with my family. Whether it's playing outside, making comics, or getting behind a drum set, we're usually busy making memories.
